Our world has expanded beyond just desktop computers of a few years back. Now we have smaller, lighter and more powerful systems that feature many different technologies. All can be impacted by malware, driver corruption and hardware failure, leading to expensive options at local chain stores that are more interested in their profit margin than your troubled device.
Our main goal is to provide excellent customer service, working to resolve issues before we suggest an outright replacement. When a total system replacement is required, we will make every attempt to meet your budgetary requirements. Our unique skillset allows us to custom build a computer to fit your needs, and allow for future upgrades and improvements, protecting your investment.
All charges are due at time of service, paid in full. We currently accept all major credit cards, money orders and cashier checks. We do not accept personal checks, nor offer payment plans for residential accounts. Small Business accounts will be billed, net 15 from date of invoice.
Online assistance with remote control of the computer using VNC or TeamViewer software to diagnose software issues, update drivers or similar options.
Onsite assistance with software, drivers or operating system adjustments will incur normal labor rates for business hours, emergency service rate of $150.00 per hour will apply to after-hours calls. System repairs on site that require immediate replacement parts will be billed retail pricing plus 20% of part pricing. Labor charges will be applied to travel time from site to store and back to site.
Per instance charges- $40.00 per hour billed in quarter hour increments.

Disk drives will fail, and when you least expect it to happen. If you suspect a hard drive performance issue, your system makes strange clicking noises or will not turn on it may be due to a dead or dying disk drive. We have options for data recovery, both from dying and dead disk drives.
Non-refundable Charges - $70.00
If data can be recovered - $700.00 will be billed to client upon delivery of recovered data.
(No charges beyond the initial $70.00 will be applied if drive / data is non-recoverable)
Recovered data will either be returned on a USB flash drive or USB portable hard drive, client will have option to either recycle the dead drive or have it returned for warranty replacement (if eligible).
Viruses, unwanted programs and other malware can be tricky to remove on site, best to perform off site on isolated network with industrial strength software. Also a good idea to have a general cleanup of the computer inside and out while the virus removal is underway.
General shop labor to cover dust and debris removal is $40.00 per hour billed in half hour increments.
Malware removal and software / driver updates - $60.00 flat fee.
Software installation fee - $50.00 flat fee.
Computer component upgrades or replacements will be billed up front, prior to working on system. Cost of replacement / upgrade parts will be discussed and agreed upon prior to working on system.
Computer Labor - $40.00 per hour billed in half hour increments.
Parts installation fee - $50.00 (customer supplied parts) in addition to labor charges.
